My rate is $25.00 per hour with a $50.00 minimum. Partial hours will be billed to the nearest quarter hour. Below is a list
of approximate cleaning hours for different home sizes. Please keep in mind that these are approximate hours. If your home
is already fairly clean, it may take less time. Heavy traffic, children, a lot of knick-knacks, and indoor pets can add time.
The hours listed are for cleanings no more than two weeks apart. Longer time between cleanings may add time. Also, the
first cleaning will take longer than subsequent cleanings as it takes longer to get a house in good shape than to keep it
in good shape.
Payment is due at time of cleaning.
